The challenge
As Creator Deck’s influencer campaign platform grew, teams relied on different UI patterns and handoff methods, which created inconsistencies and slowed down development. My goal was to introduce structure and clarity through a unified system that could support fast growth and collaboration.
The outcome
By systemizing components and centralizing documentation, we dramatically reduced design and development confusion, accelerated feature delivery, and improved overall product consistency. The new design system established a foundation for scalable, high-velocity development.
The design system was a team effort and just the beginning. It did a solid job of supporting our need for efficiency in a fast-moving startup environment.
