I led a strategic redesign of a CRM search experience to support new analytics and customizable workflows, making searches smoother and giving users more control over their data.

Challenge

Managers running diverse influencer campaigns struggled to search, filter, and customize unique creator data. With more data becoming available, the CRM’s existing UI couldn’t keep up. This limited adoption, frustrated users, and directly impacted our NPS, a key metric for our early-stage growth.

Approach

Established multiple user feedback channels and implemented a systematic way to analyze feature requests.

Interviewed campaign managers to understand the criteria that matter most for influencer discovery.

Collaborated with Product and Engineering to design a dynamic, scalable database that supports advanced filtering and future data sets.

Created and tested prototypes focusing on intuitive filtering, custom views, and responsive design for multi-window workflows.

Outcome

The redesigned CRM experience allows users to filter and customize data to match their campaign needs. Early feedback confirmed higher ease-of-use, and our NPS saw measurable improvement following release.
