Persona Pilot
Product designer focused on creating an MVP to spark investor interest.
I led the design of Persona Pilot’s Minimal Viable Prototype (MVP), rapidly designing and testing an AI persona tool to validate the product’s core concept.

The challenge

Product teams struggle to quickly access user feedback, slowing discovery and decision-making. Persona Pilot set out to address this with a new AI-driven solution, but first needed an MVP to test whether the concept met real team needs and could support future investment.

I ran structured interviews and usability sessions with product teams to evaluate usefulness, capture feedback, and iterate on the prototype.

The outcome

80% of product teams found the MVP valuable for concept validation, and 70% preferred it over their traditional static persona process. This early traction not only validated the core idea but also helped establish momentum for further product development.

Colter made our idea feel real. He took something complex and turned it into an experience that just made sense.
